Dr Johannis Auri Abdul Aziz is a Research Fellow in the Office of Education Research at the National Institute of Education, NTU. His research interests include character and citizenship education, social studies education, purposeful learning, and lifelong meaning. He maintains a general interest in Singaporean politics, economics, and society. Prior to NIE, he served as a research fellow in the Institute of Policy Studies at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, NUS, where he was involved in research on Singapore party politics, civil society, and public political discourse.
